We are hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our R&D team and lead the mechanical development of the next generation of our automated workstation solutions. In this hands-on role, you will take products from concept to production, working across mechanical design, prototyping, testing, supplier collaboration, and industrialization as part of a cross-functional product development team.
Job Responsibilities:

Mechanical Design: Design mechanical solutions from concept through CAD modelling to production-ready designs.

Prototyping & Testing: Build and test prototypes, perform FEA, and improve designs based on test results.

Mechanical Ownership: Take ownership of mechanical systems, ensuring they meet functional and manufacturing requirements.

Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to support the development of mechanical parts for serial production.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product Owners, Project Managers, and engineers across mechanical, electronics, software, and manufacturing.
Requirements:

8+ years of experience in mechanical design and product development, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Solid experience with 3D CAD, FEA, FMEA, PLM, and designing to manufacturing standards.

Hands-on experience designing electro-mechanical systems with motors, belts, gears, drives, or similar mechanisms.

Experience taking products from prototype to serial production.

Enjoy solving technical challenges through testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
