Senior Consultant, AI Content Strategy & Discovery
As AI-powered search and recommendation become a primary way customers discover products, Dell is building a new capability focused on increasing our visibility, recommendation rate, and share of voice across large language models (LLMs) including ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, and future AI platforms.
The Senior Consultant of AI Content Strategy & Discovery will lead Dell's consumer strategy for AI-driven content discovery across both the Consumer and Gaming PC businesses. This leader will define the content strategy, operating model, and governance required to ensure Dell products are accurately represented, cited, and recommended throughout the AI customer journey.
Working across Product Marketing, Digital, SEO, PR, Reviews, Social, Analyst Relations, and Product teams, this role will translate AI insights into actionable content strategies that improve discoverability, influence AI recommendations, and ultimately drive demand.

Responsibilities
- Own Dell's global AI content strategy across Consumer and Gaming portfolios.
- Develop the content framework that improves AI visibility, recommendation rates, and share of voice across leading AI platforms.
- Identify content, messaging, and knowledge gaps that impact AI-generated recommendations.
- Build and prioritize a roadmap of AI content initiatives aligned to business priorities and customer buying journeys.
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop AI-ready messaging, FAQs, comparisons, buying guides, and product narratives.
- Establish governance, standards, and best practices for AI-optimized content creation across the organization.
- Lead cross-functional execution across Digital, SEO, Reviews, PR, Social, Analyst Relations, Product Management, and regional marketing teams.
- Partner with AI analytics teams to translate prompt monitoring, competitive intelligence, and share-of-voice insights into actionable content plans.
- Define executive dashboards, KPIs, and business reviews measuring AI visibility, citations, recommendation rates, and competitive performance.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI search trends and recommend new strategies to maintain Dell's leadership in AI-powered discovery.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Content Strategy, Digital Strategy, SEO, Search, Knowledge Management, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide content strategy and influencing cross-functional organizations.
- Strong understanding of customer buying journeys, messaging strategy, and digital content ecosystems.
- Experience partnering with Product Marketing, Digital, SEO, PR, Social, Reviews, and Product teams.
- Deep knowledge of search, information architecture, structured content, and content governance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business strategy and executive recommendations.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills with experience driving alignment across large organizations.
- Passion for emerging AI technologies and a strong understanding of how generative AI is changing customer discovery and purchase behavior.
- Experience within the technology industry, consumer electronics, enterprise technology, or SaaS preferred.

Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is USD 200,650.00 - $250,900.00.
