Key job responsibilities
We are looking for AI Application Architects who are passionate about:
• Architecting scalable, cloud-optimized application solutions on AWS
• Applying AI/Agent technologies (LLM, RAG, Multi-Agent) to accelerate legacy application analysis, code conversion, and architecture modernization
• Designing and building AI Agents and GenAI applications for the Migration & Modernization domain (Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, Strands Agent, etc.)
• Working as a technical leader alongside customer business, development, and infrastructure teams
• Providing deep software development knowledge with respect to cloud architecture, design patterns, and programming
• Agile software development and DevOps (IaC, CI/CD, automated deployment)

Basic qualifications
- 10+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience
- Experience developing software code in one or more programming languages (java, python, etc.)
- Foundational knowledge of AI/ML and LLMs, with experience developing AI Agent or GenAI applications
- Experience architecting cloud-optimized applications (cloud-native patterns, serverless, microservices)
Preferred qualifications
- Experience analyzing and modernizing legacy codebases (Cobol, Java EE, .NET, Mainframe, etc.)
- Experience building AI Agent or GenAI solutions using Bedrock, AgentCore, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
- Experience deploying RAG, MCP, and Tool/Function Calling–based solutions in production environments
- Experience designing AI Evaluation frameworks, Observability, and Harness Engineering
