Search Quality Operations Team Leader

You will collaborate with the Product Owner and ML Engineer to build a search quality operations team from scratch, defining methodologies, metrics, and processes. You will design and manage a large-scale Relevance dataset production system and lead the hiring and management of evaluation staff. Experience in search quality management, IR, or recommendations is required, along with experience designing LLM-based verification workflows.
