Responsibilities
- Lead the business within the segment, creating clarity on strategic direction with managers and teams to enable revenue growth by addressing business and competitive needs. Orchestrate across internal stakeholders and partners to drive growth and transformation across accounts, while ensuring secure operations and compliance.
- Apply industry and market expertise, proactively leading teams towards identifying and capturing new opportunities in alignment with customer needs, and leveraging the full Microsoft ecosystem to drive value.
- Foster a culture of inclusion, learning, mentorship, coaching, customer-centricity, and accountability within the sales team. Support talent growth and create an environment that motivates and engages diverse teams to achieve bold goals.
- Build and maintain a broad executive network across partners and customer segments, supporting the development of strategic partnerships and ensuring continuous engagement that creates sustainable business growth.
- Influence and align key stakeholders across business units, ensuring the execution and success of short- and long-term account plans and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 5+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 6+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years direct/formal, indirect/informal, and/or project team people management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 6+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 10+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience leading teams and/or managers in a Sales organization.
- 4+ years direct/formal, indirect/informal, and/or project team people management experience.
