The Internship Program offers fresh graduates students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic commercial environment. Interns will support the sales team, develop business and customer engagement skills, and build a strong foundation through structured learning, coaching, and real-world projects.
About the Role
Major Accountabilities:
Support the sales team with day-to-day activities and field coordination.
Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and customer insights.
Maintain accurate customer and sales data in company systems.
Participate in customer meetings and internal business reviews, where appropriate.
Support cross-functional collaboration with marketing, medical, and commercial teams.
Contribute to projects and initiatives assigned by the line manager while ensuring compliance with Novartis policies and standards.
Key Performance Indicators:
Timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
Accuracy and quality of reports and documentation.
Active participation in learning and development activities.
Demonstrates collaboration, accountability, and a growth mindset.
Positive feedback from manager and cross-functional stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:
No prior work experience required.
Internship, extracurricular activities, or university projects are an advantage.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
