The Role
Are you a driven, determined, and energetic German-speaking Sales Executive SMB who thrives on building connections and closing deals? Do you love the thrill of transforming a “maybe” into a “yes”? If so, we want you on our team.
At Perk, we’re revolutionising how companies manage business travel and we’re growing fast in the DACH market. As an Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in that growth. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll work closely with a high-performing, international sales team to bring our innovative solution to organisations that are ready for a better way to book, manage, and optimise their business travel.

What will you be doing?

Managing a mix of inbound and outbound leads across the DACH region, with the support of our marketing and sales development teams.

Running impactful, solution-focused product demos and taking ownership of the full sales cycle through to close.

Understanding the needs and pain points of prospects, and communicating how Perk adds real value to their business.

Keeping your pipeline organised and up-to-date in Salesforce, ensuring clear visibility and strong forecasting.

Collaborating with Marketing to boost brand awareness and refine our lead qualification process.

Engaging confidently with stakeholders at all levels - from Office Managers to CFOs - to demonstrate the Perk value proposition.

Becoming a product expert on Perk and staying sharp as we continuously roll out new features and improvements.
What will you need to succeed?

Native-level German and high fluency in English - essential for connecting with our DACH customers.

Proven success in a sales-driven role, especially in a phone-based environment with a strong focus on prospecting and hunting.

Solid understanding of B2B solution selling, ideally within a short sales cycle model.

AI at Perk
AI is embedded in how we work across every function. The tools you'll use day-to-day are AI-enabled so you can move faster and spend more time on the work that matters. In practice, that means using AI to research and prioritise accounts, draft and refine outreach, handle customer interactions more effectively, synthesise information, and cut through shadow work - the invisible tasks that pull people away from the work only they can do - so you can focus on relationships and outcomes.
We don't expect you to be an AI expert, but we do expect you to be curious and intentional about it. The bar is judgment: knowing when AI makes your work better, when to verify what it produces, and when to rely on your own expertise instead.
We'll ask about how you use AI in your interviews, not to test tool knowledge, but to understand how you think about it. That reflects how we work every day.
How We Work
At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in the value of meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, creativity and ultimately making us a great place to work.
