Finance Organization | Global Commissions Team
Snowflake’s Finance Organization is seeking a Sales Commissions Manager to join our Global Commissions Team. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure our sales compensation programs are fair, motivating, and align with our GTM and Company strategies. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of operational excellence that thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Commissions Manager at Snowflake, you will:

Partner with internal teams to develop competitive compensation structures that align with go-to-market and revenue goals as well as effectively balance budget constraints.

Drive continuous improvement, make recommendations for changes to processes and workflows, and execute on those changes.

Lead coordination with various teams to ensure commission deliverables are met.

Effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

Lead analysis of anomalies and plan effectiveness to provide meaningful and accurate insights to senior leadership.

Influences the decision-making process and final outcome by providing detailed analysis, models and recommendations.

Troubleshoot and resolve commission issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in supporting complex commission data structures for diverse sales incentive programs.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree is Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and hands-on experience leveraging AI tools

Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong conflict resolution abilities, and the ability to effectively work through complex challenges with limited information.
