A graduate or post-graduate degree in economics or finance is required, along with banking industry experience and familiarity with credit risk and ESG regulations. You must be proficient in both Romanian and English.

Participate in development of the Risk Management Strategy, ICAAP Package, Risk Assessment, Risk Appetite Framework & Statement, the stress testing programme, and other reports related to credit risk, ensuring integration of ESG into risk management processes
Stay up to date with regulatory developments and best practices related to credit risk management and ESG risks (incl. NBR/EBA/BIS/ECB/ publications), assess and communicate their impact
Propose enhancements to the internal normative framework and contribute to its design, optimization, and implementation (including independent opinions - as second line of defense - on business proposals)
Monitor the Bank's risk profile in relation to its risk appetite on a quarterly basis and prepare the dashboard to be presented to the Risk Management Committee and the governing bodies, in order to support the review and oversight of the Bank's risk profile
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams within the Risk department on regulatory topics and internal normative alignment
Contribute to external reporting towards various stakeholders (including regulatory recurrent & ad-hoc topics)
Profil
Required Education/Experience/Skills:
Graduate or post-graduate qualifications in economics or finance related disciplines (or equivalent)
Experience in banking industry & familiarity with banking regulations and guidelines, particularly in credit risk management and ESG
Knowledge/involvement in ICAAP, risk appetite (RAF/RAS), stress‑testing, integration of ESG into risk management process
Ability to express verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner (both in Romanian and in English)
Strong research, analytical, critical thinking, intellectual curiosity and problem solving abilities
IT skills (Microsoft applications - Excel, PowerPoint, Word; data tools)
