What you'll achieve
As a Retail Paid Search & Programmatic Specialist, you will support the execution and optimization of retail paid search & programmatic campaigns for our Japan Retail Partners. You will work closely with the Retail Media Execution Team & Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns meet objectives and deliver valuable insights through data analysis
You will:
- Build & optimize paid search campaign, while budgeting/phasing spends to achieve KPIs & maximize efficiency
- Partner with the Retail Marketing & Sales team, to shape campaign strategies to ensure flawless executions
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvements and report on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement on future campaigns. Assist in the overall execution of paid search strategies and support the Retail Programmatic teams
- Build and launch campaigns in the DSP (targeting, budgets, creatives) and optimize paid search campaign, while budgeting/phasing spends to achieve KPIs & maximize efficiency
- Partner with the Retail Marketing & Sales team, to shape campaign strategies to ensure flawless executions. Analyze performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvements and report on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement on future campaigns

- Proven professional experience in retail search engine marketing (minimum 4–5 years), with expertise in platforms like Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Skai, PBI & Reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and communicate effectively across global teams
- Experience managing large-scale campaigns with complex objectives
- Strong proficiency in Retail Media Networks, and other search platforms
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience coordinating content or merchandising operations.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience in performance tracking and strong communication and teamwork abilities
