Travel Development Department: Senior Manager, QA (TDD)

You will lead a global QA organization of approximately 120 members, focusing on organizational strategy and people management. A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing organizations of 20+ people or managing managers is required, along with business-level English (TOEIC 800+). You will drive QA process innovation using AI and establish governance across international teams. This is a manager of managers role, overseeing a team of nearly 10 managers.
