Product and Solutions Sales Specialist
The Product Specialist acts as the focal point and leader for coordinating all infrastructure services, Managed services, and engagement activities with customers and partners as required, based on the allocated territory and accounts. The selected candidate will work with Dell Account teams (account managers, presales, and specialty sales) and CSG (Client Solutions Group) and ISG (Data Center/ Infrastructure Solutions Group) business units to grow Dell Technologies services business and Dell Technologies' business.

You will:
Define and execute on the Services Strategy. Excel as an Individual Contributor to drive the sales and solutions business. Engagement with all internal and external stakeholders is key to success:
- Engage in complex engagement and manage complex customer situations. Strong sales, pipeline, engagement cadence, and Sales hygiene of the highest levels. Engage closely with the various Business Units. Exceed the business targets regularly with business linearity.
- Engages in looking for resources, solutions, and partnerships in a bid to grow the business. Has industry and partner relationships and leverages these to grow the business.
- Regular speaker at public conferences and events. Leads the weekly reviews in the country and at the regional level and represents services in all local country leadership meetings. Will require some travelling (estimated to be <35%).
- This is a quota-carrying, customer-facing Sales Position (Individual Contributor).
Essential Requirements
- Strong experience and expertise in selling, solutioning of infrastructure solutions and services centred on AI, GenAI, and Data. The candidate must have strong technical experience in these fields.
- The candidate is skilled at working in virtual teams and influencing others to implement specific strategies.
- Be a self-driven and motivated individual to drive the business. Is a team player who builds relationships and has a commitment to quality.
- Possess strong communication, selling, customer relations, and negotiating skills, as well as good time management and personal organization. Must have a complete understanding of services delivery life cycle, sales, and financial skills.
Desirable Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business plus a minimum of 10 years of project management or pre-sales experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
