What you’ll achieve
As an Outside Sales Product Specialist, you will partner with core sales teams to support enterprise accounts, align Dell’s service solutions with international customer needs, and drive consistent sales performance through consultative expertise and collaborative account management.
You will:
• Support core sales teams in managing large complex enterprise accounts, including account planning, sales forecasting, and end-to-end sales process coordination
• Understand customers’ cross-regional business priorities and challenges, designing tailored service solutions by bundling products and services to meet their needs
•Collaborate with internal teams (solution, pre-sales, delivery) and core sales counterparts to advance sales initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction
•Build and maintain value-added relationships with account stakeholders through regular on-site engagement and proactive needs anticipation
•Meet assigned sales and margin targets by leveraging industry knowledge, Dell’s full portfolio (Data Center, Cloud, Applications), and enterprise industry insights

Essential Requirements
•3 to 5 years of related experience in a relationship selling role with good knowledge of technical products, vendors and families of technologies
•Good knowledge of product configurations
•Strong oral and written communication skills with customers, support personnel and executives
•2+ years of experience in selling Professional Services (e.g. consulting, residency services), with a proven ability to position service offerings to address customer needs.
•Strong sense of responsibility and accountability for sales outcomes and customer commitments.

•Bachelor’s degree
•3 to 5 years of field sales experience
