AWS Professional Services is looking to hire a senior transformation leader with deep consulting and delivery pedigree and a passion for delivering measurable and lasting impact. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream AI and cloud transformation programs for APJC’s most strategic customers, translating C-suite priorities into executable strategies and tangible business outcomes.
You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, technical innovation, and large-scale program execution. You will shape transformation roadmaps, navigate ambiguity, assemble high-performing delivery teams, and serve as the trusted voice on program health to senior customer and AWS executives. You will extend strategic leadership and commercial acumen to drive successful execution across complex stakeholder landscapes and realize program success.
In this capacity, you will be based in Seoul and may be at customer sites up to 100% of the time. You will work alongside AWS technology experts and have access to AWS’s breadth of AI and Cloud services to lead efforts to design and build solutions that drive transformational business outcomes for our customers.
Key job responsibilities
• Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-workstream AI and cloud transformation programs
• Translate customer strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, plans, and success metrics
• Chair executive steering committees, drive critical decisions, and manage escalations
• Serve as a strategic advisor to C-suite executives, helping shape transformation vision and investment strategy
• Own program P&L, ensuring revenue targets and margins are delivered as planned
• Build, lead, and inspire high-performing, multidisciplinary delivery teams across AWS, customer, and partners
• Identify and mitigate strategic risks, navigating ambiguity and driving rapid resolution across stakeholders
• Establish governance frameworks, balancing agility, execution, quality, compliance, and delivery velocity A day in the life
This is a customer facing role. You will be required to travel to client locations and deliver professional services as needed.

Basic qualifications
- Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives, both business and technical
- Experience producing executive-level written materials and presenting to executive audiences
- Ability to synthesize and communicate complex concepts to technical and business audiences
- Experience orchestrating delivery across complex, multi-party, and matrixed environments involving partners
- 10+ years of experience with proven track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation programs
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with AWS platforms, services, and design patterns
- Experience leading engagements using industry standard program management techniques including Agile at scale delivery frameworks and project management toolsets
- Experience delivering business or IT programs for Telco industry customers
