At Sierra, we’re creating a platform to help businesses build better, more human customer experiences with AI. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices in Atlanta, New York, London, Paris, Madrid, Munich, Singapore, Tokyo, and Sydney.

Our co-founders are Bret Taylor and Clay Bavor. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
What you’ll do
- We're looking for a pricing strategist to join our pricing team. You'll work with our sales team to develop and deliver pricing proposals and ROI case studies for customers. You'll also collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to define our overall pricing and packaging strategy.
What you'll bring:

4+ years of experience in consulting, banking, strategy, or business operations. Startup experience in a similar GTM operations role, specifically SaaS pricing, sales, marketing, and operations strongly preferred.

Experience negotiating complex customer partnerships

Familiarity with navigating sales cycles

Strong understanding of developing GTM operations using data-driven decision-making

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience

Previous 0-1 startup or fast-paced high-growth environment experience
