You must have practical experience or deep knowledge of interest rate business. You need experience as a project manager or equivalent in financial system development, where you led projects by engaging multiple stakeholders. Business-level English proficiency is required. You will lead a large-scale project worth 1-1.5 billion JPY. This role expects you to drive the project's direction and make decisions from both business and IT perspectives, rather than just performing PMO tasks.
