📌 What You’ll Do at This Position
The People & Culture team oversees a wide range of initiatives that help our people stay engaged and grow throughout their journey at Nota.
As an HR Operations team member, you'll help shape a better HR environment through operational excellence and data-driven decision-making. You'll manage and analyze HR data to generate meaningful insights about our organization and employees, continuously improve HR processes, and contribute to a variety of HR initiatives.
You'll also collaborate closely with stakeholders across the company to understand the evolving needs of the organization and ensure employees enjoy a consistent and seamless HR experience. Beyond executing day-to-day operations, you'll identify opportunities for improvement and help build better ways of working.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR data and HR systems to ensure accurate, reliable, and efficient HR operations.
- Analyze organizational and workforce data to support HR decision-making while maintaining HR dashboards and key People metrics.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement through data analysis and continuously enhance HR processes and policies.
- Contribute to a variety of HR projects that support the organization's growth.
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the employee experience.
✅ Requirements
- Approximately 4–6 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience managing or improving HR operations through data-driven approaches.
- Proficiency with data tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-changing environment.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership in delivering reliable HR operations.
✅ Pluses
- Experience building or improving HR dashboards or People metrics.
- Experience leveraging HR data analysis to support operational improvements or business decisions.
- Experience participating in HR projects or HR policy/process improvement initiatives.
- Experience implementing or operating an HRIS.
- Business-level English communication skills.
- Experience using AI tools to improve HR processes or enhance productivity.
