People Coordinator (SP)

You will lead People Operations for the new São Paulo office, managing recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, and employee experience. You must have 4-8 years of generalist HR experience, deep knowledge of CLT labor laws, and experience managing external payroll vendors. Professional-level English is required for frequent coordination with the US team. As one of the first hires, you will build the foundational HR processes and policies from scratch.
