[ Key Responsibilities ]

HR Planning & Management

Establish and implement HR policies for OCI TerraSus and its subsidiaries (including employee compensation and benefits)
Execute and continuously improve HR strategies
Address and provide support for key HR issues arising within OCI TerraSus and its subsidiaries

Talent & Organization Planning

Plan overall recruitment across OCI TerraSus and its subsidiaries
Plan talent management policy and organizational initiatives for OCI TerraSus and its subsidiaries

[ Requirements ]

Bachelor's degree or above
Minimum 5 years of HR experience
Fluent business English & Korean with proven experience working with overseas / group entities
Experience working at an overseas subsidiary or overseas office
Willing to relocate to and be based in Malaysia, and able to travel for business (to subsidiaries and to Korea HQ) as required
Employment is conditional upon obtaining the relevant Sarawak work permit / visa; the offer may be withdrawn if the necessary work authorization cannot be secured
Experience in HRM planning & operations within manufacturing companies

[ Preferred Qualifications ]

Experience living in Malaysia, Indonesia or other overseas countries and have Bahasa language skill
Experience in a multinational company
Familiarity with Malaysian and Sarawak labor laws and local HR practices

학사 이상 학위 보유자
HR 경력 5년 이상 보유자
비즈니스 수준의 한국어/영어 역량 보유자
해외 법인/사무소 근무 경험자
동말레이시아 근무 가능자
사라왁 근무 비자 취득 가능자(취업 비자 발급 불가 시 채용이 취소될 수 있음)
제조업에서 HRM 기획 및 운영 경험 보유자
남자의 경우 병역필 또는 면제자
해외여행에 결격사유가 없는 자

[ 우대사항 ]

말레이시아, 인도네시아 또는 해외 거주 경험 및 언어 Skill (Bahasa) 보유자
다국적 기업 근무 경험자
말레이시아 및 사라왁 노동법 및 현지 HR 지식 보유자
