NextGen Sales Academy (NGSA) - Associate Inside Sales Representative
At Dell Technologies, we create the extraordinary. Our Associate Inside Sales Representative are the experts who sell innovation to the world. Responsible for a set of products and services, they get to know their portfolio inside and out. Our Inside Sales teams rely on them for technical advice during the sales process. They directly advise customers on everything from product features and configurations, through to pricing and availability. Crucially, however complex the question, they’re ready to deliver technical solutions to meet customers’ needs via phone, chat, web or email.
What you’ll achieve
Our Next Gen Sales Program was created to build the next generation of Dell Technologies field sellers and sales leaders. Through an industry-leading training and enablement program, we are focused on developing ambitious talent along an accelerated career path. You will be given the opportunity to learn from business leaders across the organization, deepening your industry knowledge through a structured 3 year learning environment.
You will:
- Engage and Acquire: Connect with potential customers and identify new opportunities.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain strong relationships with customers, resolve issues promptly, and enhance their experience with immediate responses and feedback.
- Expand Our Footprint: Help grow Dell Technologies’ presence by ensuring customer satisfaction and driving expansion.
- Develop Your Skills: Master whiteboarding, product pitches, and presentations.
- Advance Your Career: Complete our development curriculum to build the core strengths needed to progress to an Inside Sales role within the Next Gen Sales Academy.

Essential Requirements
- Min. Bachelor’s degree , 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Eagerness to learn and develop.
- Passion for sales and technology.
- Fluent Swedish and good English skills.
