👋 About the Team
The NetsPresso Platform Team is responsible for designing and building the core platforms and software that transform Nota AI’s research in AI model compression and optimization into real-world products for users.
NetsPresso converts models from various deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and ONNX into Nota’s proprietary unified IR (NPIR), then applies optimization technologies including Quantization, Graph Optimization, and Compression to maximize inference efficiency across diverse target hardware environments such as NPUs, GPUs, and CPUs.
The team is composed of five closely collaborating domains: Model Representation, Quantization, Graph Optimization, Model Engineering, and SW Engineering. Together, the optimization technologies we develop serve as the core infrastructure that enables Nota’s vision of “AI Everywhere.”
📌 What You’ll Do at This Position
NetsPresso is built at the very narrow intersection between AI model compression and optimization technologies and AI accelerator hardware. This intersection is also one of the fastest-moving and highest-impact areas in the market.
As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a central role in defining product direction and priorities at this intersection, while driving collaboration across five engineering domains, hardware partners, and customers to turn products into reality.
This role goes beyond conventional product management. We are looking for someone who can actively participate in technical decision-making based on a deep understanding of AI optimization technologies and AI accelerator hardware.
- Define product roadmaps grounded in a deep understanding of AI model compression/optimization technologies and AI accelerator hardware
- Lead technical collaboration directly with hardware partners and chip vendors across NPUs, GPUs, and related ecosystems
- Own scope, timelines, and risks across customer PoCs, pilot programs, production deployments, and operational phases
✅ Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define NetsPresso’s mid- to long-term product direction by analyzing trends in AI optimization technologies, competitive solutions, and emerging hardware ecosystems
- Identify customer, market, and technical problems to solve, and define product features and development priorities accordingly
- Collaborate with team leads across the five engineering domains to align quarterly and annual roadmaps, while making trade-off decisions between technical constraints and business requirements
2. Hardware Partnerships & Technical Collaboration
- Lead technical discussions and roadmap alignment with NPU, GPU, AI accelerator vendors, and embedded software partners
- Drive prioritization decisions for new hardware backend support
- Review partner SDKs, toolchains, and technical documentation, and define integration strategies
3. Customer Projects & Stakeholder Management
- Gather and structure customer requirements throughout PoCs, pilot validation, production deployment, and operational stages, and translate them into product capabilities
- Own and manage the scope, schedules, and risks of NetsPresso deployment projects for customers
- Collaborate with Business and cross-functional internal teams to support customer engagement and operational follow-up
- Reflect customer feedback into the product backlog and roadmap, while reducing information gaps between technical and business organizations
- Conduct technical and business communication in English with global customers and partners
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in AI engineering organizations
- At least 2 years of experience in PM, TPM, or Tech Lead roles with ownership over products or projects
- Hands-on experience with AI model compression and optimization technologies, including Quantization, Pruning, Graph Optimization, or Distillation
- Strong technical understanding of AI accelerator hardware (NPU, GPU, CPU) and related compilers or toolchains
- Fluent business-level English communication skills, with no restrictions on domestic or international business travel
✅ Pluses
- Experience working at AI companies, AI chip vendors, embedded software companies, or AI solution providers
- Experience managing B2B SaaS, platform software, or products in 0→1 or scale-up stages
- Experience with global GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies or partnership initiatives
- Experience productizing AI model compression and optimization technologies into real products or solutions
- Hands-on experience deploying or compiling on-device AI models (including LLMs and VLMs) using tools such as ExecuTorch, TensorRT, TFLite, or OpenVINO
- Deep understanding of compilers, IR systems (MLIR, ONNX, TVM, etc.), and graph optimization techniques
