Experience Requirements

Min of 8 years of professional experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field.

Proven track record in the FMCG, art toy, entertainment, fashion, or lifestyle industries is highly preferred.

Experience specifically focused on retail marketing, brand activation within a physical retail environment including direct stores, department stores and shopping malls.

Experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, from budget planning to final reporting.

Experience in successfully launching and scaling new brands or products in the Korean market.

Proven ability to analyze and optimize the offline customer journey to enhance brand loyalty and conversion.

Ability to derive actionable insights from market trends and consumer behavior.

Strong understanding of offline (Retail, Pop-up stores) and both online (SNS, E-commerce) marketing synergy.

Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

A passion for pop culture and the ability to translate brand identity into emotional storytelling.

Ability to interpret retail-specific KPIs to refine marketing tactics.
