You will...
- Be responsible for monthly analysis and results reporting across different categories
- Drive effective execution of brand projects (coordinate with internal & external stakeholders) in collaboration with the Product Brand Manager
- Support the Product Brand Manager with product launches and 360 campaigns defined in the annual marketing plan (follow the whole product launch process from the concept to the launch)
- Manage projects independently, utilizing strong structure and deadline management to successfully oversee processes that require attention to detail
- Comfortably manage multiple ad-hoc tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Support the Advocacy & Influencer manager with key administrative tasks
You are...
- You have graduated no longer than a year ago with your Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business or similar
- You are a marketing profile with strong analytical skills and preferably experience from the FMCG industry
- You have excellent communication skills in English
- You are structured with very strong organization skills: ability to coordinate, plan, sense of priority, and good time management
- You are motivated by challenges and have a proactive and open-minded approach to both people and projects
- You genuinely enjoy diving into quantitative data analysis and drawing clear, actionable conclusions and recommendations for the monthly reports
- You thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable managing multiple ad-hoc tasks simultaneously
- You have a strong business understanding coupled with creativity and an eye for detail
- You are a skilled user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
