Responsibilities
□ Reporting to C-level
□ Labor Risk Diagnosis & Issue Resolution

Prevent individual and collective labor issues, diagnose legal and institutional risks, and derive optimal solutions.

Establish HR/labor risk response processes based on the Labor Standards Act and relevant regulations.

Manage and resolve internal disputes through employee care, 1:1 meetings, and Disciplinary/Rewards Committee operations.
□ Labor Regulations & Working Hour System Design/Reform

Enact, amend, and enhance labor-related regulations, including Employment Rules, code of conduct, and HR policies.

Conduct legal reviews and operational planning for flexible work schemes and working hour systems (e.g., comprehensive wage system, flexible work arrangements) tailored to tech organizations.
□ External Labor Relations & Legal Advisory

Directly respond to external labor matters, such as Ministry of Employment and Labor inspections and Labor Relations Commission proceedings.

Build collaborative frameworks with external labor/law firms and oversee legal advisory services.
Qualifications
□ 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in payroll and retirement pension management.
□ Proven track record of independently managing end-to-end payroll, 4 major insurances, and year-end tax settlements for companies with 100+ employees.
□ Fundamental knowledge and understanding of relevant labor and tax laws (e.g., Labor Standards Act, Income Tax Act, Employee Retirement Benefit Security Act).
□ Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (fluent in payroll formulas, functions, and data management).
□ High numerical accuracy, strong attention to detail, and a strict sense of confidentiality regarding personal data.
□ Excellent communication skills with a friendly and accurate customer-service approach to employee inquiries.
Preferred Qualifications
□ Industry & Scale: HR experience in fast-growing IT/Tech, Semiconductor, or Startup companies with 100–300 employees.
□ HR Systems: Hands-on experience implementing or operating major HRIS / ERP payroll modules (e.g., Douzone, Younglimwon, flex, Workday, etc.).
□ Accounting & Tax Knowledge: Accounting certifications (e.g., Certified Tax Accounting, FAT/TAT) or experience collaborating with accounting teams on ledger entries.
□ Experience in labor cost closing and tax adjustment operations (withholding tax filing, payroll-related account reconciliation, etc.).
□ Experience operating equity-based compensation schemes (Stock Options, RSUs, etc.), including grant, exercise, and tax treatment.
□ Experience in pension system reforms (e.g., DB to DC conversion, changing pension providers, etc.).
