Responsibilities
Role / Job Summary –
Ø Global Delivery: Ensure to increase focus and involvement on global delivery. Build network and relationship with all stakeholders, improve delivery, implement better utilization tracking, KM, governance, reporting, automation etc.
Ø Identify and address the gaps and Quality issues Ø Collaboration: Working collaboratively with all support functions and build relations/better together working.
Ø Innovation: Focus on process and technical innovation Ø Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure & Improve effectiveness and comprehensiveness (cover all risks) on PS Controls, audit findings actions closure, improve BCM readiness jointly with other teams.
Ø Make sure that no escalations reaches management.
Ø Point of contact on ownership topics
Ø Be the first one to be aware of any production issue and host/provide directions to quickly restore the service.
Ø Ensure ITIL compliance for all incidents and service calls Ø Ensure KPI compliance for all incidents and service calls Ø Manage and make sure we archive SLAs.
Ø Conduct CIP plans to improve infrastructure stability and reduce incidents.
Ø Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills; Ability to prioritize simultaneous high visibility customer and internal escalations Ø Manage P0, P1 and P2 tickets autonomously and provide quick solution to incidents.
Ø Responsible for providing inputs and work on problem management to find root cause.
Ø Good Understanding in User profile management, Ivanti products and services.
Ø Experience in Citrix & Windows patch deployment.
Ø Design, Install, monitor, and provide support of all functions of Citrix Systems and required associated infrastructure.
Ø Advance Knowledge and hands-on experience of Citrix farm management, Session management, printer management, Application publishing/ decommissioning in Citrix farm, Log monitoring/maintenance.
Ø Strong process & change management capabilities Ø Effective interpersonal skills Ø High achievement and results orientation focus Ø Strong stake-holder engagement & influencing skills Ø Excellent verbal, written & presentation skills.

Ø Self-starter & self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with a team of peers Ø Demonstrated ability in managing time and resources to ensure that the optimum level of efficiency and output is achieved.
Ø Demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure Provide accounts with consulting on enhancing functionalities, capacity, performance, stability and availability of the existing environments Ø Participate and contribute actively on Technical Audit related topics whenever and wherever necessary.
Ø Produce Documentation related to technical or SOP for all new and transition activities for smoother integration o Proactive o Taking Ownership of incidents o Ensure communication at Appropriate Level regarding Incidents or Projects progression o Self driven o Strong Technical competency for design, Build and Run (PowerShell, XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler, Ivanti UWM, Windows2xxx, AVD, Azure, Nutanix, Security, Vmware, Design and Build, Intune and SCCM )
o Ability to design solutions and Optimize
o Focus on global tasks and be ready for the EPI role o Focus on Capacity mgmt. and drive the topic as accountability topic o Able to Produce design and architectural documents o Ability to develop/coding for automation and optimization o Audit Mgmt & BCP Tests Ø Lead the design and technical implementation of the product/project.
Ø Accountable for technical deliverables.
Ø Contribute to automation and innovation.
Ø Mentor and guide the team.
Ø Define coding standards for the entire technology stack.
Ø Contribute to code review and architectural design/review to improve the efficiency of the team.
Ø Ensure that the project is executed as per client's expectations.
Develop a culture of innovation within the team.
Profile required
Ø 8 years of relevant experience in Project handling and DWS services.
Ø 12 or more years of overall IT experience.
Qualification / Certification –
Ø Diploma / Degree (mandatory)
Ø ITIL Foundation (optional)
Ø Citrix certification (optional)
Ø Windows server certification (optional)
Mandatory Skills / Experience –
Ø Design Build and Run (Automation on Powershell and API)
Ø Strong Knowledge and Skills on Ivanti UWM, Citrix CAVD (all versions), VMware, Netscaler (MPX, VPX & SDX), Nutanix, AD and Object mgmt & GPO Ø Windows Operating system (All Client and server OS versions)
Ø Azure Virtual Desktop
Ø Proven knowledge/experience in agile and waterfall methodologies.
Ø Demonstrated strong domain and technical knowledge.
Ø Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ø Self-driven and proven ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
Ø Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Ø Exposure to various Operating Systems and proven expertise in scripting.
Ø Ability to think critically and expertise of implementing a large scale global project
