B-Cave is hiring a Lead-level talent to head the WakyWilly Women's Style Design team. Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience in women's and young casual apparel design, with proven expertise in leading graphic, material, and fit development, as well as a deep understanding of girlish and Y2K aesthetics. You will oversee the entire process from seasonal concept establishment to production quality control.
