A Day in the Life
We are seeking a dynamic E-Marketing Assistant Manager to join our team in Taipei. You will be instrumental in developing and executing the brand's digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
- Brand E-commerce & Performance Analysis: You will manage the brand’s own e-commerce platforms, analyzing performance data and key metrics to optimize the consumer journey, drive online sales growth, and maximize ROI.
- E-KA Channel Strategy: You will develop and execute bespoke digital marketing strategies for our e-Key Account (E-KA) channels, acting as a key marketing advisor to drive growth and strengthen brand presence within L'Oréal's own e-commerce ecosystem.
- Digital Ecosystem Growth: You will identify new trends and opportunities across the entire digital landscape (brand site, social, and E-KA) to propose innovative initiatives that keep Kiehl's at the forefront of the market.
We Are Looking For

Over 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, ideally within the beauty or consumer goods industry or online pure players.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

Excellent communication and project management skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Business proficiency in English.
