Insight Researcher

You will join the Flow Squad, reporting directly to the CPO, to conduct qualitative and quantitative research on both users and internal staff. The role requires experience in platform business and problem-solving, along with the ability to design research methodologies and persuade stakeholders. As the company's first Insight Researcher, you will be responsible for building the research infrastructure and establishing guidelines.
