Inside Sales Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building business with existing customers while developing relationships with new clients.

You will:
- Achieve sales targets by selling Dell solutions through outbound calling, consultation, and influential selling techniques.
- Provide an exceptional experience to Small Business customers by advising them on technology solutions that help their business succeed.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships through needs analyses, product education, and delivery of technical specifications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues to support and streamline the sales process.

Essential Requirements
- 0–1 years of general sales or customer-facing professional experience.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset, openness to feedback, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Collaborative professional with strong communication, presentation, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
