What you’ll achieve
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will develop relationships with new and existing clients, consulting on how Dell’s products and services fit into their solutions.
You will:
- Build relationships with customers and partners based on knowledge of our technology, products and services
- Answer inbound emails and phone calls from internal and external customers
- Work closely with Outside Sales Representatives and distributors to acquire new opportunities
- Work to gain new accounts and find opportunities in your account territory

Essential Requirements
- Knowledge of applicable technology, products and services
- Ability to identify how these products and services align to customer/partner needs
- Capacity to be a results-oriented teammate
- Good communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a sales position
Desirable Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience
