Job Purpose
This role is responsible for effectively executing platform-specific communication strategies on social media. You will manage official accounts, own the social content calendar, handle channel-specific content, prevent potential risks through constant monitoring and quantitative/qualitative analysis, and contribute to channel activation. You will lead the daily execution, content creation, community management, and scheduling for our official social media channels (Instagram, X, Snapchat) and our dedicated Audition Homepage, while serving as the primary liaison with our social/creative agency partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Managing and monitoring official HYBE India social media (SNS) accounts daily to ensure brand consistency and active channel presence.
- Social Calendar Ownership: Own and maintain the end-to-end content calendar across all platforms — mapping content against audition phases, pop-up activations, and festival milestones, and keeping the calendar aligned with real-time cultural moments.
- Agency Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for the social/creative agency briefing requirements, reviewing creative output against brand voice and tonality guidelines, tracking deliverables against the calendar, and ensuring campaign content (festival build-up, format library, etc.) is on-brand and on-schedule.
- Community Management: Actively manage comments and DMs across all channels in brand voice engaging with fan conversations, identifying high-value community moments, and flagging sensitive situations (negative sentiment spikes, escalations) as needed.
- Asset Coordination: Ensure all visual assets (images, videos, graphics) are properly formatted, organized, and uploaded for each respective platform.
- Content Creation & Copywriting: Creating and posting social media content, including drafting engaging, platform-specific copy, captions, and call-to-actions (CTAs) that align with our brand voice.
- Scheduling & Publishing: Utilize scheduling tools to ensure consistent, timely posting across all social platforms.
- Analytics: Deriving insights through social media data analysis to track engagement and optimize content performance during the contract period.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Platform Expertise: Proven experience managing and creating content specifically for Instagram, X, and Snapchat.
- Agency Management: Experience briefing and managing external creative/social agencies, including reviewing deliverables against brand guidelines.
- Community Management: Demonstrated experience actively managing community engagement (comments, DMs) at scale, ideally for a consumer-facing or fandom-driven brand.
- CMS Familiarity: Basic experience uploading content and text updates to web pages/homepages.
- Strong Copywriting: Ability to write snappy, error-free copy under tight deadlines, with a strong understanding of youth culture and entertainment trends.
- Data Literacy: Ability to read platform analytics and derive quick, actionable insights.
- Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills to independently own a multi-platform content calendar and handle scheduling across channels.
- Language & Portfolio: Proficiency in English (verbal and written); a strong writing portfolio is required.
- Global Coordination: Prior experience coordinating with international HQs is an advantage.
- Storytelling & Branding: Excellent storytelling skills with a strong understanding of cross-cultural branding.
