PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
We are seeking a dedicated Health Manager to lead our efforts in creating compliant, supportive, and resilient work environments across the region.
As a key driver of health initiatives, you will serve as expert ensuring our operations adhere to local labor laws and global standards. Your strategic guidance and hands-on support will help embed a strong safety culture, support governance frameworks, and empower leaders to prioritize employee health at every level.
Your expertise will make a tangible impact on our workplace culture, helping us create an environment where safety and employee wellness are prioritized and celebrated.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
• Drive the creation and execution of innovative health programs aligned with our People Strategy, that inspire a thriving, risk-aware culture.
• Define and execute on Health plan that ensure compliance local legal requirements in the country
• Collaborate with diverse teams and leaders to proactively prevent health issues, swiftly manage challenges, and keep our people health and energized.
• Provide strategic guidance to ensure our duty of care and legal compliance are champions of organizational excellence.
• Stay ahead of evolving laws and industry standards to design forward-thinking governance structures that set the benchmark for health and compliance in the country.
• Lead the development of compelling health roadmaps and initiatives that align with our mission to foster a resilient, healthy, and high-performing workplace.
• Partner with internal teams and external experts to build a culture of health, promote employee wellness, and support organizational growth.
• Advise country teams on global and regional health programs.
• Monitor health programs that promote a proactive health culture, support employee wellness, and promote organizational resilience.
• Manage end-to-end Health management activities: including planning, communication, budgeting, logistics, and procurement.
YOUR PROFILE
• A qualified Health professional with proven experience in health management.
• Well-versed in local labor laws, health regulations, and regional compliance frameworks.
• Skilled in developing governance models, strategic planning, and program management.
• A passionate communicator capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Experienced in investigating incidents, managing risks, and fostering a culture of Health.
• Fluent in English and familiar with local contexts.
• A proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset, committed to continuous improvement.
