[Experienced] Flip-Chip Equipment Engineer

Hana Micron is hiring a Flip-Chip Equipment Engineer. Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience and be available for a 3-shift, 2-rotation work schedule. A high school diploma or higher is required, and we are looking for individuals with semiconductor back-end process experience. Experience with HSA, SMT, and Underfill equipment is preferred. The position is based at our Asan headquarters.
