Responsibilities· Manage daily trading activity across securities lending, borrowing, and repo transactions· Monitor and optimise inventory, funding costs, and balance sheet utilisation· Price and execute transactions with internal desks and external clients· Identify trading opportunities, including specials and arbitrage opportunities· Maintain strong relationships with Prime Brokerage, Sales, and clients· Monitor corporate actions and market developments impacting positions and pricing· Ensure compliance with risk limits, regulatory requirements, and internal controls· Contribute to automation, tooling improvements, and strategic initiatives (e.g. platform development such as Athena)Profile required· Strong knowledge of Equity Finance (securities lending, repo, collateral management)· Understanding of Prime Brokerage and client financing needs· Proven experience in trading and risk management· Strong analytical and quantitative skills· Proficiency in Python, VBA, or equivalent tools· Knowledge of financial markets and corporate actions· Balance sheet and funding optimisation expertise· Strong communication and client-facing skills· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced trading environmentAttention to detail and strong control mindsetWhy join usPeople join for the impact they can have on us.
