You will:
- Manage AEs to achieve quota through rigorous territory planning and account prioritization.
- Coach opportunity strategy from discovery to close, including competitive positioning and pricing.
- Run forecast cadence and stage reviews; uphold CRM hygiene and data integrity.
- Develop team capabilities via coaching, shadowing, and structured enablement.

Essential Requirements
- 12+ years of related experience in a professional role with 4+ years managerial/leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience managing complex sales cycles and leading teams to exceed targets.
- Expertise in sales process, MEDDIC/BANT qualification, and pipeline management.
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization across multiple deals and stakeholders.
- Effective communication, coaching mindset, and performance management.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience selling technology solutions or services in enterprise/mid-market.
