Employee Relations Specialist (Experienced)

You will manage labor risks by handling labor relations and collective bargaining. A minimum of 3 years of experience in labor relations is required, along with legal knowledge of labor laws such as the Labor Standards Act. Holding a Certified Public Labor Attorney license is preferred. Male applicants must have completed or be exempt from military service. The process includes a document screening, a corporate culture fit test, and three rounds of interviews.
