Customer Experience Improvement and In-Store DX Planning and Promotion for Real Channels

Candidates must have at least one of the following experiences: branch operations, business planning, system planning, or DX promotion within a financial institution. The role involves hybrid work with an expectation of being in the office about three days per week. You will work within a structure consisting of two teams, each led by a deputy general manager, assistant manager, and staff. A university degree or higher is required.
