DX Project Manager, Customer Service Development Department, Product Development Division, Rakuten Payment, Inc.

You will manage product development and DX projects for merchants and internal stakeholders. A minimum of 3 years of project management experience is required, specifically including experience managing multiple teams. You will work in a team of 4 to 9 members, including PMs and engineers, overseeing the full lifecycle from planning to operations. While 90% of the work is in Japanese, you will use English to communicate with international team members and read technical documentation.
