We are in search of a Majors Expansion Sales Manager, on our Financial Services team, who embodies Snowflake’s values and has a proven track record of creating an inclusive and collaborative work environment that brings people and ideas together. This individual should possess strong communication skills, be open to giving and receiving constructive feedback, be adept at recognizing and celebrating the achievements of others, and have a genuine passion for our technology, as well as a commitment to continuous learning and teaching.

Sell an industry changing and market defining product
ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
-
BA/BS required
-
15+ years selling Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure Software, Databases, Analytic Tools, or Applications Software
-
10+ years managing a team of sales teams
-
Have sold to the Financial Services industry
-
Sold to CEOs, CTOs, Heads of Product, Engineering, or Data Science
-
Ability to coach your team how to target and pursue an opportunity with our ideal customer profile within a complex sales cycle
-
Experience outperforming targets as an individual contributor in an outbound role
-
Ability to coach AEs how to navigate commercial and legal negotiations when working with procurement, legal, and business teams.

Ability to work with sales engineering managers and customers to inventory existing software state, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations to drive new logo acquisition.
