As a Design Staff member, you will work within the Design Staff organization to define and execute design strategies at the company level. You will address organizational agendas beyond specific products, including building AI design infrastructure to improve the design environment. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Designer is required, along with the ability to structure complex problems and collaborate across teams to present design directions.
