Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to acquire Vietnamese customers through in-depth analysis of the Vietnamese remittance market and competitive landscape

Enhance brand awareness by actively engaging with Vietnamese online and offline communities in Korea

Execute targeted offline marketing activities, including customer outreach at factories, dormitories, and restaurants
-
Lead the planning and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Content and Promotion team

Manage and optimize content across SentBe’s official social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
-
Analyze customer feedback to generate actionable insights that drive continuous improvements in the customer experience

Provide marketing support through Vietnamese language translation, market research, and content development
