Corporate E-commerce Assistant (1-year Contract, Korean only)

MAIN PURPOSE
Collaborate closely with Corporate E-commerce Managers to develop, execute, and optimize e-commerce strategies that support and enhance overall online marketing efforts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the planning and execution of e-commerce strategies and initiatives to achieve business objectives through online marketplaces
- Manage regular updates and maintenance of content and promotional activities on online marketplaces
- Liaise with external agencies to manage online operations, including product listings, customer inquiries, inventory management, and follow-up on promotional events
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient e-commerce operations
- Regularly monitor and report on e-merchandising trends and online activities in the cosmetics industry
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong interest in the cosmetics industry is preferred
- Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills
- Understanding of digital commerce and marketing tools, including web marketing, website management, and user experience
- Experience in performance marketing, growth marketing or content marketing is preferred
- Working proficiency in both Korean and English, both written and spoken
