Finance and Accounting Team Lead

This role focuses on establishing accounting principles and internal control systems to ensure financial reliability. You must have at least 5 years of accounting experience and proven team leadership skills. Experience in leading financial closing and external audits is required, along with the ability to manage CAPEX accounting. Since FP&A and fundraising are handled by separate teams, this position is dedicated entirely to accounting and internal controls.
