Service Management Engineer (Cloud Service Planning and Operations Design)

You will be responsible for the operational design and business process construction of cloud license services. You must possess fundamental knowledge of IT services and strong cross-departmental coordination skills to transform manual tasks into reproducible, automated systems. This is a full-time position that includes bi-annual bonuses equivalent to approximately four months of salary. Specific salary figures are not disclosed.
