Candidates must have no restrictions on overseas business trips and be able to join within approximately one month of final acceptance. For bachelor's degree holders or higher, possessing at least one language certification is mandatory, though this requirement does not apply to experienced hires or high school/associate degree graduates. Prospective graduates may join before graduation. The hiring process consists of document screening followed by interviews.
