このポジションについて
Client Partnerは、担当クライアントに対する信頼できるビジネスパートナーとして、広告ビジネスの成長と長期的な関係構築を推進するポジションです。
クライアントの課題やマーケティング目標を深く理解し、PlayStationプラットフォームを活用した最適な広告・マーケティングソリューションを提案するとともに、新たな広告プロダクトやソリューションの市場展開をリードします。また、社内の営業、マーケティング、プロダクト、オペレーションなどの関係部門と密接に連携しながら、PlayStationの広告戦略を実現し、クライアントおよびビジネス双方の成功に貢献していただきます。
主な業務内容
- クライアントのビジネス課題やマーケティング目標を理解し、コンサルティング型の営業活動を通じて最適な広告ソリューションを提案する
- PlayStationプラットフォームを活用した広告施策やマーケティングプランを企画・提案し、ビジネス成長を支援する
- クライアントの主要ステークホルダーとの長期的なリレーションシップを構築・強化する
- 売上拡大、収益性向上、新規広告プロダクト・ソリューションの導入促進、顧客満足度向上を目標に、担当アカウントの成長をリードする
- 売上パイプラインや案件進捗、売上予測を管理・分析し、社内関係者へレポーティングを行う
- 営業、マーケティング、プロダクトなど社内のクロスファンクショナルチームと連携し、広告事業拡大に向けたビジネスケースを策定・推進する
- 担当クライアントの窓口として、課題解決やエスカレーション対応を行い、高品質な顧客体験を提供する
- PlayStationブランドの代表として、高い倫理観と誠実さを持って社外パートナーとの関係構築を行う

必須要件

- デジタル広告やマルチチャネル広告キャンペーンに関する知識・実務経験
- 売上拡大や収益成長を実現した実績

Client Partner, Advertising Sales
Who We Are
The Sony Interactive Media Solutions team is a dynamic, global advertising sales organization focused on driving innovation and delivering value across the gaming and entertainment ecosystem. By connecting brands with PlayStation’s highly engaged audience, we develop impactful advertising solutions that create value for our partners while supporting the continued growth of the PlayStation business.
As we continue to expand our advertising business, we are looking for an experienced, client-focused sales professional who is passionate about building strategic partnerships and delivering exceptional business outcomes.
Role Overview
As a Client Partner, Advertising Sales, you will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of strategic advertising partners, driving long-term business growth through consultative sales and relationship management. You will work closely with advertisers, media agencies, and cross-functional teams to develop innovative marketing solutions that leverage the unique strengths of the PlayStation ecosystem.
This role plays a key part in expanding PlayStation's advertising business by identifying growth opportunities, supporting the launch of new advertising products, and delivering measurable value for both clients and PlayStation. Success in this role requires a passion for gaming and entertainment, strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and the ability to build trusted relationships across a complex, global organization.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop trusted, long-term relationships with strategic advertising partners and serve as their primary business contact.
- Understand clients' business objectives and marketing challenges through a consultative sales approach.
- Recommend integrated advertising solutions that maximize the value of the PlayStation platform.
- Drive revenue growth through client retention, account expansion, and adoption of new advertising products and solutions.
- Build strategic account plans and identify opportunities to grow existing partnerships.
- Manage sales pipeline, revenue forecasting, and business reporting with accuracy and transparency.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to develop compelling advertising solutions and business cases.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in gaming, entertainment, digital media, marketing, advertising, or a related industry.
- Experience in advertising sales, account management, client partnerships, or consultative B2B sales.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and managing strategic client relationships.
- Experience developing and executing multi-channel advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising products, industry trends, and best practices.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business data and translate insights into commercial opportunities.
- Passion for PlayStation, gaming, and the broader entertainment industry.
