Corporate Information Technology Services Department: Product Manager (CITSD)

You will manage and improve internal systems such as HR and general affairs. A minimum of 5 years of product management experience is required, along with business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (TOEIC 800+). You will proactively solve problems in a fast-paced environment, communicate with stakeholders, and create business requirement documents and product roadmaps. Experience with HR systems or web application development is preferred.
