This role oversees the project management, operations, and performance tracking for artist activities. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Native-level business English proficiency is required for communication. Interviews are conducted one-on-one or one-to-many and last up to one hour. The position may close early if a candidate is hired, and all new hires participate in the Win Together Program for onboarding.
