Associate (AVP) – Compliance, Societe Generale Securities India

This role involves managing regulatory reporting and compliance risks, ensuring adherence to exchange and SEBI regulations, and coordinating board meetings and secretarial records. A graduate degree and a Company Secretary (CS) degree are mandatory, alongside at least 8 years of total experience, including 4-7 years in compliance, preferably at a brokerage. You must possess strong knowledge of SEBI and exchange rules and excellent stakeholder management skills.
