Responsibilities

Conduct and execute brand event initiatives to deliver elevated and memorable brand experiences in line with brand standards and objectives.

Coordinate all operational and administrative aspects of events in advance with production agencies, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

Gather and consolidate requirements from relevant segments and ensure all schedule updates are reflected accurately and promptly.

Organize and coordinate meetings with agencies and third-party vendors, preparing all necessary documents and materials in advance.

Execute external, client, and seasonal events in collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure flawless delivery.

Support the preparation of event planning materials and documentation, including venue, dining, and hospitality arrangements.

Post-event evaluations, reports, and related administrative follow-up.
Profile
Professional Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in event management, business administration, or related fields. 3 + years of relevant experience preferably in Retail industry Skills: Fluent English proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools. Competencies & Personality: Effective Communication: Ability to collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external vendors. Quick Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced environments and adjust to dynamic project needs. Problem-Solving Mindset: Resourceful in addressing challenges and proposing practical solutions.
